i meant time of day - sorry. i did not want to give a specific numerical time because of time zones. for me the daily sync usually happens somewhere between 2:30pm and 3:00pm EDT

In that regard the syncing time here is midnight
Convert the time @cyndiepooh gave to your local time zone. Current EDT time is Eastern Daylight Time - Time.is, so use that to work out when 3pm EDT is for you.
i am going to take back what i said about pinging a staff member though. i think the best thing for you to do as a newer wayfarer is to post a report in Bug Reports & Technical Support if it takes longer than six weeks. that way any of the team members can check into it and let you know if there is a bug. i think you are a bit overexcited about wayfarer at this point to understand when there is a problem. please don’t ping staff. i do love the enthusiasm.

I will be frank with you. Restaurant is like hit and miss. You can put all information and it still might be rejected. Anyway, put as much information that you can, that can support socialize/exploration category. Link is allowed in supporting info,but not in description. If it got rejected, you can resubmit with more information or appeal. If its still rejected, Take a break. Wait a week or two to improve your nomination again.

So i should write it more about socialise and explore than explaining description like
" It’s a great place to hang around during festival season, many people from afar come here to taste their signature item called beef liver masala. Visitors try this restuarant for hygienic food and it’s near by greenary comparing to other restaurants here. "
What else can add to make it non generic bussiness so they accept it, there ain’t any restuarant this famous other than their or any stop for it.

You should never use the same photos for a resubmission. We don’t know if the ML recognized them.
To avoid people in your main picture you could try a close up of the name sign similar to this:
And than show the whole building in your supporting photo (with it’s save pedestrian access!).
I don’t know if you know but people in supporting photos are allowed.
If ur taking about the second photo,i jave perfect solution but i could only get a a neat board in photo looks similar.no ppl or vehicle. Will that be okay?i will show that when i take the pic

It’s not unusual to have a wayspot picture only of a sign in full.
And that was only a suggestion if you have problems to get a picture without people or cars.
My problem with your photos is that it don’t show the same view. I can hardly find that red sign within your other photo with the entire building. So it’d be good to change on of them.
What if i change main photo with a board and put entire building in the second one ?will that be feasible to work out?
Main photo should be the object you nominate. The board / building could work. But it cant be blurry, or out of focus. We want it to be perfect so people have no reason for rejection
Surrounding photo should show the object and surrounding area. Ideally the pedestrian access and / or recognizable object in street view/satelite view.
Your board photo seems blurry or taken from faraway, thats ald reason for rejection even if the object is eligible. Below is example rejected mosque because photo
When people see business like this, sometimes they are not sure if its good place or no. So they are looking for rejection reason. Car, human, and bad photo is easy valid rejection reason.
