Why do I even appeal?

I described the signficance of this house by even entering Wikipedia-Articles where the historic relevance of this building is described. Even appealed Niantic says it’s a normal house. How can this be?

If you would like feedback on the nomination itself, it would be great if you can share more details.

As from the picture it looks similar to single family private residential property, but cannot really judge if that is true.

Sorry your answer was really fast, I did edit it though

If this is SFPRP (single family private residential property) then it is ineligible, historical or not

Thanks for providing more details!

Based on the extra information I see a building with a single house number, which is not for an appartment complex so this would indeed appear to be a single family private residential property, which is the first rejection reason.

The rejection criteria are always more important than acceptance criteria, hence it was rejected.

Thank you for your opinions and views. So the rejection is correct but the reasons like generic business or normal house are not. Okay.

Well it indeed is a bit confusing, but with normal house they likely meant SFPRP. Hope this clarifies things for you.

As I said thank you very much for the clarification
