Echoing the helpful comments above - among what is shown I would only suggest renominating the artwork, which looks very interesting, but not presenting it as a bus stop. What you got here are likely ML automated rejections, hence the lack of detail, but they are correct unfortunately.
I am sure many people on here would be happy to support you in helping this small area - be mindful of your privacy, but you are welcome to share the name of the place, and people can try to show you examples of eligible things they can find on satellite/Street View (if available in the area) for you to nominate. Only if you are comfortable with it though.
Just another quick remark that you are not necessarily nominating Pokéstops but Wayspots through the Wayfarer system. All games, including Pokémon GO, have density rules, so that not everything you nominate will make it into the game, despite what the prompt tells you.
