Hi guys, can you help me? I’m new to creating PokéStops and I’ve had my requests rejected twice so I’d like to know if it’s worth continuing.

As @darkersolstice , is trying to get at, it is unlikely that this structure would meet eligibility criteria. While I do believe it is a permanent structure this would be classified as common infrastructure. That is why it is being rejected for not being permanent and/or distinct.
Additionally I personally would never submit an outhouse or bathroom structure as I think that would be invasive for folks who may need to use it for its intended purpose. That said, I know sometimes the outside can have art to beautify the structure. I don’t think the heart motive is enough for this to meet eligibility.
Thanks. I live in a small village with only one Pokéstop and nothing else nearby, so I tried nominating it. Your answer really helped me.
I understand that it can be challenging to find eligible wayspots. If you are comfortable sharing your village name it’s possible that folks here could offer some specific suggestions. Otherwise there is a good discussion here about rural areas.

Can you give us the location of the village (not your home address, please, just the town center)? While an outhouse is not a suitable wayspot, some of us may be able to suggest other things in the area that you’ve perhaps overlooked.
Albínov but everything in the “centre” is alredy pokestop(we have 1 gym). I tried to nominate atleast 2 pokestops at the other end off the village to make gym but there is nothing that can be pokestop 
Is this cross a wayspot?
Does the cemetery have any war memorials or another collective memorial that isn’t someone’s private grave?
What is this structure?
I can’t quite tell what this lettering is exactly but it seems cool, maybe that would be a good spot?
Are there any signed hiking trails?
Thanks for taking the time. The first one is already a PokéStop and the second one is on private property. But I just discovered one place that could definitely become a PokéStop just outside my village.just one more question can a bench near a cemetery become a pokestop.
The only kind of private property that is ineligible is a single family home and their garden
Being on private property at a business for example is fine for wayfarer purposes
Benches are very hit or miss. Are they a destination, or just infrastructure? It is very hard to comment on whether a bench would be eligible without seeing it.
