It’s one of 32 informational signs placed on historically significant streets in Łódź as an initiative chosen in a “civic/participatory budget” - a part of municipal budget that’s allows to finance inhabitants’ ideas for a better city. As at the time of its removal it was a p7 portal I’ve used as an anchor, please dm me - there is a chance this was done by a player, who already got three of his accounts banned due to multi-accounting and is now reporting portals to spite me - ingress faction war things, I do not want to discuss it in public, as it concerns other players.
