I’m a pogo player and wayfinder. Since I participate in Wayfarer I see my surrounding with other eyes.
I love to add more spots and being a little proud everytime I see it in my game of choice and sometimes it becomes an (Ex-Raid) Arena.
It is maybe boring for you to find so many playgrounds, but for younger players it’s exciting to discover 
Have you already checked out the world of scanivers? Maybe that fits more to your interests?

To view someone as being easily influenced by the opinion of someone holding a position or role is to view them as an immature individual. That is disrespectful in a place where opinions are expressed on equal footing. At least I am not influenced by the opinions, even those of ambassadors. And many other participants should be the same as me. So if you get an opinion from an ambassador, you should firmly return your opinion.

Yes, I tried to do some scanning. However, in winter and spring our country is covered with snow (sometimes until April). This causes the scanner to perceive snow-covered areas of the object as a background, resulting in a corrupted scan. Also, scanning does not work well if there is water (for example, fountains), if there are reflective objects (the program thinks that there is more space behind these objects), and also with dynamic lighting. In addition, the scanning function is very difficult for my device.
I will not consider or not consider someone an immature person, but the fact of unconscious influence is quite probable.
So its not allowed to disagree whit niantic?

Ambassador’s are players of the games of their choice and who are willing to give up their time to support the Wayfarer Community. They are not paid or employed by Niantic. To prevent them from expressing an opinion is to say that they are not players of the game.

The same goes for other users. They also rate nominations, create new ones and also do it absolutely free of charge. Why then do ambassadors need special badges? What makes them special?
Maybe you have missed it, but these people volunteered, and you could until recently apply for the cohort of 2025: Wayfarer Ambassador Program 2025
They are advocates for the community. Whilst they are under an NDA, their time to the Ambassador programme is voluntary. They are not employed and their Ambassador privelliges can be removed at any time, without warning or compensation.

Why apply when you can just do it? Or is it impossible to help the community without the inscription “ambassador”?
Because they can act as a voice for the community when it comes to raising issues by the community that wouldn’t be normally be available to us. We are lucky that some staff do post on here, and I think we should be grateful for that as well. But they can monitor and gather information from the forum about genuine concerns that need to be raised with the Wayfarer team at Niantic and help get the issues resolved.

Sorry for asking ambassador difficult questions, didt know you can lose your status as ambassador and understandable that not everyone wanna enter every discussion.
Or point out the good and bad decisions.
Still appreciate the free ambassador that are trying to help 
and make wayfarer as understanding possble. Thank you ambassadors

I’m sure I have upset a few Ambassadors the wrong way a few times, but I do appreciate everything they do, even if I don’t necessarily agree with some of what they may say.

I think you are the first person I have ever seen say this, but will allow that my memory may be slipping. Most trainers I play with are barely aware what the Pokestop even represents and many don’t even know there is a description they can expand and read.
I had quoted that to reply before reading the rest of the conversation. Anyone who wants to dis the ambassadors has no idea what they do for the community. It is not a task I am interested in taking on, although I enjoy helping here with the simple questions I can answer.
