Location: 52.858321, 18.812372
There are 18 pokestops and 2 gyms in s2 14 cell. 3rd gym didn’t appear. There are 20 POI, but 3rd gym didn’t appear. There was 2 pokestops in one cell, but one got removed, making it 19 POI in cell, then couple days ago new pokestop appeared in the cell making it 20 again but still gym didn’t appear. Please advice me what I should do. I contacted via game, but didn’t get any answer.

Unfortunately, we do not have a current up to map to confirm (we have been promised one soon).
I believe that their are times when the 20 Wayspots = 3 Gyms rule is not followed usually when Sponsored Stops are involved.

Hi, there is no sponsored stops since this is rather rural location and we don’t have any businesses and interest to buy one, but thanks for wishing me luck 
it was created when 6th poi got accepted in cell below so i think it counts to the one below
The only options that will give you a definite answer is either…
- Hope a member of staff sees this post, they may reply usually with a simple “Working as Expected” or “Looking in to fault”.
- We wait until we receive the new map (coming “soon”) and hopefully this will be able to answer these type of questions.

Did you manually count pokestop that appear in game and compare them to s2 cells? You need to count manually for sure
Yes, I did that. I can see pokestops in unique cells and it counts 18 pokestops and 2 gyms. Couple of poi are new and they did appear in game so had to go in free cells
One more poi just had been accepted. I’ll see if that changes anything after sync. Maybe I misscounted
