When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

City: vasai west
Country: India
Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
Additional Information (if any): here are 5 pokestops at a location still not a single gym. I believe these pokestops exist in one single S2 cell. Can you please check this location.
Here’s the L14 S2 cell for the coordinates that you provided from the Intel map; the pin is the coordinates that you provided. Keep in mind that Ingress no longer syncs with the Wayfarer map, but from this, there appears to be 8 L17 S2 cells filled, so that would allow for 2 gyms.
If there is an issue with gyms in this cell, you will need to contact the PoGo team in regards to this, as it’s not a Wayfarer issue. PoGo determines which Wayspots become game play locations, not Wayfarer; Wayfarer just provides the map.
There are more pokestops added in game which is not showing in your intel map…check campfire carefully. There can be few more gyms , specially at the location I provided you cause there are more then 6 pokestops. You’re missing it
The red cell is the one that contains the water tank gym. The yellow cell is the one that contains Spice Destination. The blue cell is the one that contains the Eagle Statue.
Spice destination is a private property. What was the intention to give a poke gym there. Eagle statue, there is already a gym nearby. You should place gyms where they don’t exist in map
Regarding Spice Destination, it appears to be a publicly accessible restaurant that sells food, which seems perfectly fine as far as the eligibility criteria goes. Private property is only a rejection criteria when referring specifically to single family private residential property.
Whilst the wayfarer team are often intentionally a little ambiguous when it comes to mentioning things like S2 cells, they’ve never actively prevented us from discussing them when it’s relevant to the discussion in question and can help someone understand a bit more about how wayspots are used in their game of choice.
As for maps, I used someone else’s screenshot and utilised data from Campfire, which isn’t third party. The wayfarer team are well aware of IITC and we do have a thread on this forum where the community have voiced a lot of support for the creation of an official mapping tool now that IITC isn’t connected to the wayfarer system.
Off topic and heated discussion. Please remember to be respectful to each other. If it seems like there will only be confrontation, it is important to pass it off.
