If I understand you correctly you have a nomination ongoing which is ‘in voting’ right now and you want it deleted?

Please refer to the following link: even if Wayspot is approved, there are rules and automatic determination if it will be adopted by each game. Presumably there is an existing Pokestop on the parcel where your submitted and approved Wayspot is located.
