Don’t want anyone being confused and think that the Wayfarer Discussion Discord is another way to ping staff. It is not:
This discord is run by community members, not Niantic employees.
It is a good way to have conversations with some of the Wayfarer Ambassadors, though.
I am on the WDD, but don’t actively post on there. In terms of dealing with issues such as appeals, I would prefer to keep it here.

Im just trying to understand… we all seem confused by that question and I cant think of any relevancy 
I’m just trying to avoid WW3 breaking out on here. 
I’m guessing it might have been a concern about posting the photo in WDD and it then being considered 3pp
@AliceWonder1511 Discord servers are different from other places. So posting there does not pose the risk of being picked up for 3rd party photo in the way that Reddit does. 
( There will be a techie way of describing it but that’s the simple version from my simple mind 
)

I think you need to calm down a bit. Keep in mind that not all nominations that are rejected with the abuse tag will lead to a warning/ban, as every case is looked into and individually judged. BTW, they could have though this was 3rd party because you posted a screenshot here in the forums of the nomination, which is searchable online (see the Google Lens search I did below that gave me an exact match).
It may be best to step back for a bit from this issue and wait and see if staff says anything.
Also, this went to Under Review after being submitted, so it hasn’t been appealed yet, correct? If that’s the case, it may be the route you have to go, but let’s see if staff says anything first.
