I had 3 Pokestops approved for this location at my work and none have made it into the game. It’s 30 days out since they were approved. I don’t play any other Niantic games so it sucks to get way spots made for other games. I’ve tried adding more on this stretch of shopping area and its all “duplicate” and denied. Hard to stay with Pokemon Go when you can’t even help make the game better and available in areas thats full of great way spots
When you nominte are there a bunch of orange “!“ on the nomination map? It seems to me with that opened up on an area that the property owner has made a request to have anything in Pokemon go. Maybe @NianticAaron or another staff member might know more. They would need coordinates though to verify.
I didn’t think to look at the upload map. They show up there and say they are used in other Niantic games. All 3 of my nominations 
If there is nothing nearby in Pokemon Go, but they are showing on the nomination map, then that area has been geo-blocked by the owner (99% certainty).
In order to get this removed, you normally have to go to the property owner and ask them to contact Niantic - if they no longer have an issue with pokestops and gyms there, which might still be a problem.

This location has been excluded from Pokémon GO at the request of the property owner.
