There are one cell that have 3 wayspots in a S2 Cells L17, No pokestop or Gym in that cell.

I was wondering that 3 wayspots is bugged or reported by Secondary School.
Are they on the grounds of the school? If so, they shouldn’t have even been accepted. I would presume therefore that they’ve been blocked from appearing due to the school.
No, all of the playgrounds are not located inside at school. The owner of Playgrounds is Housing Authority (Yau Oi Estate), one of the government department.

It’s shown that the playgrounds can be public access.
When you look on streetview you can see that the play areas of the school are fenced off, whereas this is open, with adults using it.
I think you have to wait and see what the wayfarer team respond.

It appears that Niantic have either determined that the wayspots were on school property or that an official request was made to remove them due to problems they were causing. Both of these are legitimate reasons for removal. Good luck with exploring elsewhere.
