Hello. I was banned for 30 days for contributing Pokestop through submission of photos. Attached herewith is the email sent to me. Is there a way to lift a ban. I would love to continue playing Pokemon Go. I have invested by buying GoPasses Deluxevevery month, Road of Legends and increase in bag slots, pokemon slots, raid passes, and coins.
Please help me, I would really appreciate it.

The usual reason is that you used photos that were not your own. Is that the case?
I believe that is the case. I tried to use a photo from Google Earth because the camera on my phone is broken. I was just contributing Pokestop to my community because there are less pokestops in our town and enjoy the game.

Unfortunately it is in such circumstances.
Just want to make sure you are prepared for disappointment.
You have admitted to taking the images from a 3rd party, this is a big No in wayfarer.
The image you uploaded will be Copyrighted by someone so Scopely Explore / Niantic could be in serious legal problems for using copyrighted material in there games.
When you nominate you give them express permission to use “your” photos.

I do wish the circumstances were different but this is going to be hard lesson to learn.
It is great that you want to contribute to the growth in the way spot database and hence the places in the game. It is always really important to familiarise yourself with the rules and guidelines and not make assumptions as to what you can do.
The community here will be happy to support you if you wish, to learn what you can and cant do and what will make successful nominations. Stick within those rules and you will be ok. You can spend the time researching taking photos and preparing for when you can submit.
Some people that incur suspensions prefer to take a break from wayfarer. If you do nothing wrong for a year then your record is wiped clean and you start afresh.
