I would like to appeal the warning/ban related to the photo I uploaded, as I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
The photo I submitted was taken by me, and I am the rightful owner of the image. It is not a third-party image, nor was it copied from the internet or any other source. I personally took the photo and uploaded it in good faith, following the submission guidelines.
I was simply trying to contribute to the game by submitting a new PokéStop for the community. I have been playing Pokémon GO for many years and have always tried to follow the rules and support the game in a positive way.
I do not use cheats, third-party software, or any content that violates the game’s policies. For that reason, I believe this warning/ban may have been caused by a misunderstanding or an automated error.
I kindly ask that you review my case and the photo submission again. I would sincerely appreciate a second look at the decision.
A problem that does occur is if the photos used were also loaded up by you to another site eg Google or Instagram etc. could you have posted them somewhere?
If you wait a member of the Wayfarer Team is likely to start a DM to discuss.
The community here will be happy to help if we can.
Can you share the suspension email? The email will look like this. This will ensure that you got suspension because this particular nomination and not because assumption.
Moving forward , you might need to appeal. If you are comfortable with sharing full screenshot of your nomination, we might be able to advise whats wrong with it.
Are you certain that the ban was from Wayfarer? You seemed to know what the issue was in the first post, but if you did not get any of these emails @TjoeMi showed, then it is possible that the suspension was not from Wayfarer.
@NianticAaron may initiate a DM with you here to explain if it was over Wayfarer issues.
