The rejection reason is “not permanent or distinct”. I think reviewers were using the “not distinct” part of this reason to try to tell you this is not significant enough to be a Wayspot. In my opinion, it looks like it is just corporate art, not a work of art, as explained in this clarification:

Hi, @cyndiepooh typed it faster, but yes indeed, this an image that is commonly found online, so the reviewers probably qualified it as a printout that wouldn’t meet any particular criteria. Same problem with the pet salon/beauty salon - permanence is not sufficient to make a nomination eligible.
I just want to add that going forward, you may want to give a bit more description to your nominations, and if you’d like support from folks on here, it usually helps to share it in full while including the supporting information field. Please feel free to do so and maybe people will have more advice!
