There is somone who goes round getting these little plaques and putting them on things and then nominating.. Generally the same part of Sydney. Last post on these was same plaque style on benches but with wording from beatle songs
Anyway. Putting that to one side. Valid or not - playing with the system or not. The geezer doing this a genius…
I would reject it. It seems like abuse / vandalism
I would state it’s an easy reject but if the nominator goes round and nominates in 100 different locations and gets a couple through 
Not sure if anything is already in place but IMO if someone gets a set percentage of rejected nominations this should trigger a staff review of the account.
It is interesting. Every so often there is a sudden burst of these in this general area. We may never know how many noms have been successful.
These plaques have been around for yonks. Some come with sticky backing already that you just peel away. Others a bit more sturdy that you can screw in.
