We don’t know exactly why the Machine Learning model rejects. But I usually will try a new main photo that more clearly highlights what I am submitting when it rejects one of mine. If this is the photo they used, it may have appeared to be a random photo of a storefront. They still have the option to appeal if they believe that it meets criteria and they don’t want to try a new submission.
Oh, I did not mean to say that the appeal would be a sure accept. Businesses are difficult nominations. They want evidence that the place is significant to the community.
And a rejected appeal does not mean that you cannot submit it again. Let me find the wording on that.
Okay here is a screenshot of an appeal rejection (that was overturned) with that wording that you can submit it again:

Ok yes that’s what I thought, a alcohol bar/pub is a taverna or something right? I am wondering if ML might have been confused by the translation? Did your friend take new photos, and was your nomination rejected by the community or ML?
I think your expertise is always welcome and people can chime in if they have anything more country/language specific. If anything, it might also help highlight what ML/appeal reviewers might not understand
