When are we supposed to receive our Reward for the 2024 Edits Challenge?

I believe I should have easily achieved the number for the Ingress Reward, which is a tick on the OPR Live medal.

Hola tengo un problema, llegué a cumplir con el evento de OprLive y desde que terminó el evento, aún no me llega el correo para poder adquirir la medalla, es necesario esperar hasta el último día y si no ? ¿ Que puedo hacer ?
