The link to the original image URL is here.
The Street View that the screenshot is based on is the following.
However, when I reported this as Abuse, I received a reply stating there was no wrongdoing. Thinking it might have been unclear, I resubmitted the Street View screenshot URL along with an image highlighting common elements like the blurring. Yet again, I received a reply stating there was no issue with this Wayspot suggestion. I made a slightly sarcastic remark, but I kindly request the team reconsider.

That is a remarkable glitch. The substitute photo was cropped from the closest streetview URL to the wayspot location and dropped in as the main photo. I’d be a little annoyed as the submitter.
This is the history I can confirm. This is the main image. This is the supplementary information image.
So the third correct image was sent? I’m quite confused.
Weren’t there two submissions with exactly the same coordinates? Please double-check.
The main photo and the supporting photo were both cropped images taken from google streetview, with the main photo a close-up crop and the supporting photo a more distance crop?
That’s what those linked images show. Statistically, the chances that a system glitch did this vs the submitter did this are pretty close to 0:100
There are two submissions at the same location. One has already been rejected whereas the other one is in voting.
The nomination that @CrownFeather has reported is the one that has already been rejected. I was looking at the one in voting. And looks like support made the same mistake. There is no glitch.
Thank you for checking.
If it’s the same applicant who realized their mistake and went to take new photos themselves for a fresh application, please refrain from taking harsh measures. A gentle pinch on the cheek should suffice.
