hello. I have had two pokestops approved but are not showing in game. One was approved a month or two ago. Is there anything I can do or should I just submit the stops again?

As the email suggests, accepted wayspots are not guaranteed to show up in any preferred game - even if it was the game it was submitted on. We are actually contributing to a database in which game objects are pulled from.
Submitting the same nomination for an existing wayspot should count as a duplicate in review.
Each game dev decides their algorithm of inputting these wayspots. An overrview can be found here:

You may choose to give us the coordinates found from the submission email so we can check and attempt to explain what happened to those two wayspots.

There is nothing you can do but accept if its accepted in correct position. You can edit it if its accepted in wrong position.
Please note that attempting to move wayspot away from its correct position into empty cell for game purpose is subject to abuse ladder system
Also Note: If your nominations are in an occupied cell then…
Your nomination may…
- become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
- replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
- be used in other Scopely games.
***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).
