I would like to add that the PokéStop “Fresk Kobieta z herbem Miastka” is located incorrectly in Lightship.
The real mural is on the building at Wybickiego 48, around 60 meters away from the current pin.

Correct real-world location: 54.005637, 16.981543 (building at Wybickiego 48, Miastko
Because of this incorrect placement, it occupies the wrong S2 L17 cell and blocks my accepted Wayspot.
Could you please verify the real location of the mural?
A bot will take information, but a human staff member will reply after they investigate. When it is not clear on the map, they may require evidence, like geo tagged photos, but Street View confirms where you have said the pin should go.
(If you have any trouble with this, let me know, and I will make the request for you since I can see it on the map.)
I will say, I’ve used help chat to have 3 spots moved and they have not asked for more info any of those times. Just my initial request which I have accompanied with a satellite screenshot.
In two cases the pin was on the building next door to where it should have been. One is a monument sign next to a parking lot driveway to street, which was pinned one row closer to the building in the middle of a parking space.

If Staff move a Wayspot to the right location and in consequence in another cell where there’s already a Pokestop, will the Pokestop they move disappear from Pokémon Go?
If a Pokestop is moved into a cell where there already is a Pokestop, the moved one should lose Pokestop status and just be a Wayspot, but sometimes they both continue to exist for a while. I never count on that to happen.
I should say that S2 cell rules are not acknowledged by Niantic. These rules are observations from the community on how the algorithms appear to work. So if something doesn’t act like we expect it to based on S2 cells, staff will say something like “we do not vouch for the authenticity of any information found on third party platforms.”
