Afternoon all. My son has just posted in this forum asking about an account ban, that being my account. I don’t play too often, but often enough where my son and I casually go to the local parks and end up playing this game for hours on end. It really is enjoyable. He is more submitting based and wanting to get the area as full as possible with pokestops, however, I am too unsure about all this submitting and he often helps me out as well, so that both of our names appear at the top of pokestops. My son is honestly my everything, and I thought it would have been a nice gesture to make my name similar to his, but of course, we did not expect anything of it! I can always change my username i think. However, this pokestop that was submitted via my account that had effectively been overturned has caused my account to be banned permanently due to apparently using multiple devices with multiple accounts! Any help would be much appreciated. My son has helped submit an appeal for this ban, but all they have said was that my account may have temporary access issues, and they explained the ban, but nothing about the appeal itself? It also stated that i have a three strike policy but i was banned immediately? Thank you
