it´s say 10 years for using mutiple account… but how I can do anything to probe that this is my account and my only account?
Can you share the suspension email? Are you sure the suspension comes from wayfarer and not pogo?

You should be able to appeal from the link in the email and set out your case.
Often a member of the Wayfarer Team will send you a DM to provide details.
Ok. It looks similar to my suspension email from wayfarer. You can appeal to that link in email. Try explaining to staff as much detail as possible.

incredible… I created my accoun when I was 10 years old… being half of my life playing pokemon and they ban my account with no warning flags or anything… and the weird thing is they baned me in the moment I started to publish thing here to do something with my father to create more poke stops in the area…
If you read the policy on sanctions, depending on the severity of the offence you can go to the highest level straight away.
If it is just you and your Dad, have a think about if you share devices for example. Are there any other members of your family?
Think these through.
If you appeal explain what happens and be honest about what happens.
The staff will consider what you say.
There have been cases here where sanctions have been overturned.
I am not sure how to proceed with this. But if you think you have something that might be mistaken as multi account, its best to tell staff (in appeal email)
increible, creamos mi cuenta con mi padre cuando tenia 10 años… llevo la mitad de mi vida jugando con mi padre pokemon go, siempre envidie que el viaje y atrape pokemones en otras partes del mundo hoy que tengo edad para empezar a viajar solo y atrapar pokemones por el resto del mundo me dicen que tengo multiples cuentas, NO LO PUEDO CREER! sin si quiera una advertencia o algo para probar que es mi cuenta, asi de una 10 años de mi vida tirados a la basura… lo mas extraño es que despues de jugar 10 años nunca nada y ahora que posteo aca en el foro este me banean la cuenta. realmente no me equivoque cuando dije que solo querian hacer daño en lugar de construir.

If you’re getting a ban in Wayfarer for multiple accounts, then there’s something that you’re doing that is coming up in the system as inappropriate. You look, to the staff, like a voting ring run by one person. Even if you’re separate people, something about your wayfarer behavior is indicating that one person is in control of several accounts.
It sounds as though it was a game ban ?
Rather than doing things wrongly on Wayfarer?
I have no insight just guessing from what you have said.

Did you get any emails stating it was a wayfarer offence or just that 1 email ?

just one mail and the ban, not even a warning or a strike on my account…so sad… we where talking with my family to create a new community to play in a park… we even went there and started to talk with people…
