Hi all, for some reason that I am not quite sure, my account by the name of Cl0udw0lf has got banned for 30 days. I checked my inbox immediately and found no any notifications. I tried to reach Niantic Support by email and appeal by the form, yet no luck and they said that the ban is Final. (I realized that I might be too emotional, thus conversation might not end well and come up with solution… well its 6 PM after office at Monday…)
I still somehow cant accept that as I felt never intentionally crossed their rules. And I spent some cash in the game, by buy Remote Raid Pass often during last few events.
Is there anyone can help me, what did I do wrong and how can I correct that. Thinking to pass another 30 days without access to the game is frustrating already.
Spending money doesn’t mean you’re exempt from TOS/rules. It’s something I see suspended players mention often and it has no value. Just for reference.
Well for me is odd logic , though. Why would anyone who spent real earned cash to play, would risk their account banned by cheating or so. Anyway thanks, now I know why I was suspected for cheating
