I updated the app today and I get banned. When I ask for a reason this is what I’m told. I did nothing wrong and don’t use any cheating apps. Is this how Niantic treats people? I have put lots of time and money into this game and have been playing since the first day. Never once have I cheated or been banned. I updated the app and now you ban me on the last 14 days to try and get to level 50. I’m very upset on how I was treated and what is being done when I’m trying to grind. Now I’m going to waste more money because of the event tickets I bought I won’t be able to use. Since day one I’ve been trying to get to 50 for the jacket and now you all j7st took that away and basically stole my money. This is very bad customer service and really makes you not want to play anymore. I’m still waiting on a reason why I was banned.
Please have a look at the emails you received from Niantic. If you cannot find them, please check all your email accounts as they will have been sent by Niantic.

I’m sorry you are back under these circumstances. I have moved your comment to its own thread. This way staff is more likely to see it. Wayfarer staff often can DM folks if the ban is from Wayfarer. They can’t help as much if it from an in game (Pokemon Go) action that caused the sanction.

I updated the app and log back in and now I’m banned for 30 days when I ask what the reason is for the say gameplay fairness.

I never broke any of these rules and you guys still won’t tell me what I’m banned for. This is messed up.
I don’t use software
I don’t have shared account
I don’t use any location spoof or anything close to that
I’m not manipulating any outcomes of anything nor know how to do anything like that in the game or even what that means
Abuse of refund policy yeah your game has glitched on me a few times and I have brought it to you and you guys give me my pass back. All is good. There has been times where it’s actually happened to me too, and you don’t give it to me and what do I have to do?
Buying selling trading accounts I’ve never once traded my account and I’ve had this game since the very first day that it started and I’ve never been banned and how many years
I just don’t get why you guys can’t give me a solid answers of what exactly my account was banned for so that I can get this fixed because I didn’t do any of these things that you’re claiming that I did my account should not be banned. this should be taken off and I should be able to play the game like I have been for how many years now this has been the worst customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with, and I would really like to talk to someone that’s actually gonna do something for me because you guys just keep on sending me the same email saying that I broke this rule when I clearly have not broken any of these
On top of this I get this response back from support and have never been treated like this by any company

I have checked every email sent by them and I have never had any warning about my gameplay.
Please fix this I have never done any of the things I have been banned for and nobody will tell me what my ban was exactly for. I was pushed of and basically told to deal with it. That’s not a way you should treat paying customers for playing the game how it should be.
FishBonez32 is my account that was banned. I don’t have two accounts the other one is my girlfriends I made for her so she can play with me when I do. Hers is FishBonez686 and that isn’t banned. I DONT HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS LIKE YOU ALL KEEP SAYING. I MADE IT FOR SOMEONE
I understand your frustration but please take a step back and calm down. Posting in random threads and replying randomly to people isn’t going to help you.
As NianticAtlas said, @nianticaaron has Dmd you. Please refer and respond to that email as he’s the only one right now that can assist. If you have replied, please allow some time for him to respond. Good luck with your situation.

Yes I have messaged him and noting. He has look and views it. Yes it’s frustrating when you didn’t do anything wrong. Have have talked to probably 10 people now and I haven’t received a good response. When I’m asking for what exactly I did to get this on my accounts also I don’t think support for any company should say this as a response because when you’re already mad this happen you get treated like this.

So yes I have posted in a bunch of place hoping to get this fix and the answer to my question. What did I do exactly to get banned. I play the game the same way I have for years fair and never cheat. The hat response to me by support feels like you’re going against the games terms of service by bullying the customer around. There are lots of post with this same problem I’m not the first. And it seem like people ask and never get any good answer and just have to take it. So yes it’s not fair that the company holds us to these rules but then do them to the customers.
This is an unfair ban. All I want is this fixed and answers on what exactly I did. When you get banned you know how hard it is to get ahold of someone and then yelled at about posting every responses that are rude and sorry no company sould talk to someone like that. Then every person I talk to can’t tell me anything so who do I have to talk to to get this fixed because so far I have spent a day trying to get a simple answers and I still don’t have them. Just been treated unfairly in so many ways.
Also you could make all this a little more user friendly

I’m spending more time having people tell me what place to respond and how to respond. Why can’t some just take this task on and fix it. I’ve been talk to people for over 24 and have nothing. It just keeps making me more mad you would be the same way if it was being don’t to you. Everyone would.
