Account Suspend for 30 Days

Hi everyone,
For some reason I still don’t fully understand, my account (oidanieu) was suspended for 30 days. I checked my inbox right away but didn’t find any notification explaining the issue. I tried contacting Niantic Support via email and also submitted an appeal through the form.

I’m having a hard time accepting this suspension, as I genuinely believe I never intentionally violated any of their rules. I’ve also spent money on the game, frequently purchasing Remote Raid Passes during recent events.

I was really looking forward to the upcoming events and to continuing to play throughout 2026, so this situation has been especially discouraging. Is there anyone who could help me understand what I might have done wrong and how I can fix this? The thought of spending another 30 days without access to the game is already quite frustrating.

Did you just copy paste someone elses post for yourself?

Hi, English isn’t my main language, and I saw this post where someone contacted the person. Since it worked, I decided to base my approach on the points the user mentioned as a last resort. :c
At no point did I intend to be rude to the other person’s message.

For future reference, you are free to communicate in whichever language you like. Posts have a translate button towards the bottom of them if the forum detects that they’re in a different language :slight_smile:

The normal process is that a member of the Wayfarer Team will contact you via DM.

The best advice is that you are open and transparent in your engagement with them. The focus will be on any infringement you have been found to have made. Information about money spent and commitment to gameplay are not relevant so it is best to focus on the details of what actually happened, and not your motivation.
