Please help!

Hello everyone,

My name is Sunny and my in-game username is VirtualDiviness.

I just found out that my Niantic Wayfarer account was terminated without any clear justification. I never received any prior email, warning, or explanation about the reason for this ban.

I am certain that I have not violated any of the Wayfarer rules or guidelines. I have always tried to contribute responsibly and follow the rules carefully.

Does anyone know how I can appeal or directly contact support so they can review my case? I would really like to recover my account and understand what happened, since I never received any notice before this suspension.

If this was triggered as a result of a wayfarer infraction, then you should receive some emails that give you a brief reason for why it’s been triggered. It’ll usually tell you a specific wayspot or edit that you’ve submitted, and the reason it was flagged for violating the rules. If you haven’t had these emails yet, the staff on the forum can usually send you a direct message on here to give you the details.

However, if your suspension was triggered as a result of something you did in Pokémon Go, you won’t be able to get any help here (other than the staff confirming that it was triggered by Pokémon Go and not by wayfarer).
