Hello Niantic Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the 30-day ban placed on my Pokémon GO account for fake submissions.
I would like to clarify that the PokéStop submission (SKD Coaching Institute) in question is a genuine, real-world location. It appears that my submission may have been flagged as fake due to a misunderstanding or a lack of clear images. The institute is relatively new in this area, which may be why it is not widely recognised yet.
My intention was never to misuse the system or provide false information. If my description or photos were insufficient, I sincerely apologise and take responsibility for not presenting the information more clearly.
I am a relatively new player and still learning how to properly submit locations according to the Wayfarer guidelines. I had no intention to submit anything misleading and would be happy to provide additional details or proof if required. I have attached relevant screenshots for your reference.
Pokémon GO is very important to me, and I genuinely enjoy playing fairly and being part of the community. I assure you that I will strictly follow all guidelines in the future.
I kindly request you to please review my case again and consider lifting or reducing the ban.

This email is one that has information about how to appeal this.
Please note that Niantic don’t apply penalties on a whim, but do their best to check the details first. It is unlikely, although possible, that this would have been flagged by them as fake simply because it cannot be located on streetview. However, as you have not posted the submission photos, description, narrative or location, it isn’t possible for anyone other than Niantic to provide more detailed advice about what happened.

So they emailed that the ban is imminent. They didn’t find anything there. It is a developing area with many new things constructing everyday. Google Maps is not updated that frequently, so sometimes they don’t show things that frequently. Guess it is what it is.
You could go there and take multiple pictures of the area, or a video, and share those here for further evidence that it isnt fake
Try to include something in those pictures that is visible on satellite/street view to work as a reference. That may help prove its real.
What coordinates did you submit at? This one is visible on street view but it looks different, is this the right one?

Yes it is because they recently opened it in the patna and these street views are from lucknow, two different places different state.
Do you have your original submission email? If so could you share screenshots and the location?
Well I was going off of the address on the photos I initially thought you had submitted since you didn’t provide the location. If you refuse to give the location and use photos of a different place it’s not easy to help you

ok i understand now why they banned me and thought it’s fake, all i did was uploaded logo and pic inside of staff room. i should have used better pictures.
