I have received Account Suspension Notice and an email saying that i have violated policy : Fake submission. but i can confirm that the location is true and not fake. I did not receive a Warning also. Is there a chance for my account to be re-instated? I have submitted my appeal through the Web forms. I hope someone can help me. I’ve been playing this game since 2016, and there are events coming up. I hope I can start playing again soon.

Niantic staff will decide whether the ban is upheld or not. Evidence will carry your request forward.
There will be an email showing an example offense. Can you post that here as well as the submission email of the nomination in question?

It’s good you have submitted an appeal - staff will review the case in light of any evidence you have given.
If the offence is considered severe enough it can jump rungs on the enforcement ladder. There is no requirement for a warning stage.
