Welcome to the forum @RichChief and I am sorry that it is because of a warning. You should also have received an email giving you more information about the violation with an example. Let us know if we can help explain the violation.
Haven’t gotten any emails
@NianticAaron would it be possible for you to start a DM with @RichChief to help explain since they did not get an email?
Have you checked all the email addresses you have used to log into any Niantic games?
Yes and haven’t gotten one now I get a second warning
Hi, I will merge this to your other post so that all the information can be kept in one place. I’m not sure how these warnings are displayed and for what duration, but since we haven’t identified a first or a second email message so far I would consider the possibility that it’s the same one as before being displayed?
Yeap
It appears you made a nomination “Triumph Incorporated Frontier” that got reported for some reason - presumably “influencing” reviewer in some way.
If you would like, you could share screenshots of all details off your “Triumph-” nomination and we can help talk through what (we think) happened.
This is an open forum. The Niantic staff have been flagged for support (thanks, Cyndiepooh) so hopefully they can provide the full details to you - presumably private in a Direct Message and you can share those details if you’re comfortable.
Happy to hear more from you and help as we can.
So looking at that particular submission is there anything in the text or photos that could possibly be interpreted as trying to influence reviewers?
If you are happy to share please do s.
But why report it when I said please consider us a stop ?
Wayfarers love to report things .
Some will interpret the reference to please consider us a stop to be influencing reviewers.
Given the way the question is posed in PokemonGo submission screen, I can understand why this would be a very natural response to the question asked.
That field is meant to enable you to give other information about the location, how good something is.
Personally when I review and read comments like this I just ignore them as they are written out of not understanding what is intended to go there.
Just to add to what Eli has said, here’s the section when you tap to report abuse when reviewing where it mentions Influencing Reviewers.
Note also, that Ingress does the same as Pokémon GO but swap the word PokéStop with Portal.
Pokémon GO
Explain why you believe your PokéStop nomination is important and what Trainers will see there. Effectively communicating these points will help reviewers evaluate your nomination and understand its value.
Ingress
Explain why you believe your Portal nomination is important and what Agents will see there. Effectively communicating these points will help reviewers evaluate your nomination and understand its value.
Ok
The other thing I want to add is that this place is not for exercising and is not “very popular in the community.” I found the website for this location. It is a place that helps persons with disability learn skills they need for the real world. I am not opposed to those kinds of places getting wayspots. But they should be presented accurately. Some may think that by misrepresenting this as an exercise place, you were trying to influence people to vote for it.
