By adjusting the location of the Mosby’s Rangers Disband Pokestop in Marshall, VA to better reflect it’s location (already requested), will that free up that area for an approved Pokestop that currently does not display (RedTruck Bakery) in Pokemon Go?

First: Only do a location edit if the current location is wrong in real life. Location edits just to get the wayspot in to the game is classed as abuse and can cause suspensions to both wayfarer and your game accounts.
If you can post the GPS coordinates (preferably the original and requested) we can take a look at the map and see what affects it will have.

Thanks for a prompt response. The edited location is on a corner and can be access via the main street or the well-traveled side street, so I think it’s a legitimate request. But, I’m new to this part of the game so I’m happy if someone wants to review it and let me know. Also, the Red Truck Bakery locator was placed in front of the front door, but the actual bakery extends down the street another 1/4 to 1/2 block, so that pin may be able to be moved as well which may allow it to display. Again, I’m new to all of this and I don’t want to jeopardize my integrity or that of the game. Thanks.
Can you add a street address in Marshall, VA? People here can then take a look and give you advice on it. But remember like @SlimboyFat71 said, never ever try to move something to open up a cell. That is considered abuse and get you a strike on your accounts. Also, @GmaWizard WELCOME TO THE FORUM!
Corner of Frost St & W Main, Marshall. I sure don’t want to be cited for abuse, so please take a look to see what you all think. I just know that Red Truck Bakery is a draw for visitors (was a favorite lunch spot for Robert Duvall), so I was shocked not to see it already on the map. I’ll defer to the group. Thanks for keeping me aware.
FYI my proposed Pokemon stop location move to Frost St places the marker in front of the flag pole and stone marker.
Assuming that the POI is this stone, it has a very small location area.
Even if it is the general area including this stone, this stone is definitely the focal point. I cannot see the wayspot should exist anywhere other than on this precise spot. The current location is in the middle of the cell, so it is impossible to move it to a different cell.
Red Truck Bakery is in a different cell to this wayspot, which also contains Marshall US Post Office.
Basically, there is nothing to move legitimately and nothing to be gained by trying.
I confess to not really understanding cells, but I can see what you’re referencing with your map. I’ll have to read up more on cells.

It won’t do anything in Pokemon Go, but you should ask help chat to correct the location of this wayspot:

The cells in that image are S2 level 17 cells. Each of those can have one active wayspot.
Search for “S2 cells”
Knowledge about S2 cells is useful for locating wayspots which have a legitimate choice of locations. Also useful when moving a wayspot that is in the wrong place and has a legitimate choice of locations.
Using the S2 cells to deliberately mislocate something is abuse and should be avoided.

Thanks for the reference. Interestingly, the pink spot on the road for Vintage was where I was standing to take the photo of the front of the store. If I understand previous comments, it still wouldn’t display on that square anyway even if I moved it to the precise location you referenced, which is correct, by the way.
