We don’t know exactly what constitutes removal criteria, but NianticAaron has said that we can report anything we believe to be ineligible.

There have been statements made on the forum that removal criteria is not identical to acceptance criteria, but I have not been able to point people to exactly where this is stated. We have long wondered exactly what does qualify as “removal criteria,” and that question came up again today. I wanted to highlight this comment from staff, since the question comes up so often. I can’t predict the decision, but if you feel this does not have safe pedestrian access, even from people allowed to be there, then you can try reporting it.

Removal criteria are guidelines for staff to review reports. You can report Wayspots that you believe are ineligible and we will review them per our policies.
