Your supporting photo appears to be identical to your main photo. This is a mistake, as the supporting photo is supposed to provide support. This alone can cause reviewers to reject submissions and it is possible that the ML system takes this into account.
Because of this, I don’t recommend appealing this submission. You would be better making a new submission with a new main photo and then a supporting photo that supports the submission - shows the context, location as well as the building. The ML might have rejected it because the object you want to nominate is not enough in focus?
Also, avoid any mention of any game if unrelated, Wayfarer is not Pokémon GO

The title is also way to verbose. Did you use a translation service for the text? you could make a word play between bus stop and little library and call it “Buchhaltestelle” for example instead
Or go with the official title on the sign instead,
“LAnd LEsehaltestelle LUbochow”

If the image quality in your submission is better than shown in this thread, and the main photo was in focus, than another photo of the entire building may get the same result (setting aside the problem with the supporting photo).
You may do better with a photo similar to the one that @kawin240 posted from streetview.

You have a good potential candidate here.
You are already getting lots of tips on how to present it better.
I would recommend using the new web submission method.
This allows up to 5 images to support your submission. You could then provide one showing the broad setting of the building relative to the road, perhaps another with the door open to give an idea of what is inside and another from the inside showing books and maybe with an open door enough of the outside too.
Finally the supplementary text is a chance to state how it meets criteria - why you would go there as an ordinary person and not from the perspective of a Pokémon Go player
