Your supporting photo appears to be identical to your main photo. This is a mistake, as the supporting photo is supposed to provide support. This alone can cause reviewers to reject submissions and it is possible that the ML system takes this into account.
Because of this, I don’t recommend appealing this submission. You would be better making a new submission with a new main photo and then a supporting photo that supports the submission - shows the context, location as well as the building.
