Appeal decision - Pilates fitness studio

Hi all, I recently had two appeals rejected by appeal team. They are:

  1. @Pilates 24/7 Kawana

  2. Change Pilates Kawana

Both the rejected nominations had the same appeal notes:

Do fitness gym/studio now reviewed as same as business, rather then basketball fields or trail markers - places that promote exercise?

I would consider Pilates as meeting exercise criteria, but curious as to how that wasnt the outcome
