I would like to please ask for some guidance to make this nomination better or understand why it was rejected.
I believe this is is an eligible nomination because it is a place that promotes exercise, a community gathering spot and it not a generic chain. I included the official website and they do hold local events for the community, but there are none currently which is why the events tab isn’t showing any on the website.
I tried to follow my old nomination as a template few years ago.
