I am requesting a final re-evaluation for the removal of the ‘Maikhaw Health Center’ Wayspot. Previous in-app reports were rejected, but I have provided clear evidence that this location violates Niantic’s safety criteria.

Obstruction of Emergency Services: The Wayspot is situated exactly at the ‘Emergency Patient Drop-off Zone’. As shown in the attached photo, vehicles are frequently parked directly in front of the emergency signage to interact with the Gym. This creates a dangerous obstruction for ambulances and emergency vehicles, leading to life-threatening delays for patients in critical condition.

Severely Limited Parking & Public Disturbance: This local public health unit has extremely limited parking spaces intended strictly for patients and staff. Players congregating for gaming activities occupy these vital spots, forcing actual patients and their relatives to park illegally or in areas that further block traffic.

Operational Confusion for Medical Staff: The presence of non-patient crowds causes significant confusion for health personnel during their screening process. Staff must expend extra effort to distinguish between players and those arriving for medical services, which is an unnecessary burden on a small-scale medical facility. It also compromises the privacy and security of the patients being treated.
For the safety of the community and the efficiency of emergency services, I strongly urge the team to remove this Wayspot. Please prioritize public safety over gaming locations.
