Dangerous Pokéstop/Gym/Wayspot not removed

Additional Information (if any): Hello, earlier this month I submitted a removal request for the POI called “Kunstwerk De Lelie.” The Gym/Pokestop/Wayspot is placed too close to the main access road used by ambulances rushing to and from the hospital emergency entrance which creates a dangerous situation now and then.

Ambulances frequently pass at high speed with emergency signals. Players stand near traffic to reach or battle at the Gym. I think the gym/pokéstop/wayspot does not justify the risk of interfering with emergency vehicles. The other two wayspots ‘’St. Jansdal Vissersvrouw’’ and ‘’St. Jansdal Mozaïek Bankje’’ have already been removed from Pokémon Go for this reason, they also stood next to the road where the ambulances drive. See the photos of the old wayspots here:

Due to the risk for both players and ambulance operations, I kindly ask you to reconsider this Gym’s placement and remove it for safety reasons. @NianticAaron

I believe this is the streetview where you have shown the ambulance route from the roundabout turning right towards the hospital

I can see that the sculpture is the other side of a cycle route, with someone shown cycling at a leisurely pace across the road. It also appears that the obvious place to gather to play at this pokestop/gym is at the wayspot, which is completely and absolutely safe in all regards.

I am curious as to why you don’t know whether this is a gym or a pokestop, but do appear to know the local traffic situation.

The ambulances don’t go past the sculpture. They come from behind and go to the right (relative to the streetview link I posted), out of sight of the view shown.
