Greetings, I want to express my disagreement, these stations are important for the city in some parts near this point there are approved wayspots and they appear in the game but I don’t understand why they don’t approve it in this sector.

Whilst this seems logical to submit similar things that appear in the game map, that’s a mistake. Sometimes coal slips through that shouldn’t be on the map, or they are older things added to the map when criteria was different.
Did you explain in your appeal and supporting information how this is:

Looks like a bicycle charging station. Niantic has said that car charging stations don’t qualify because they’re generic (*), which I would apply to bicycle charging stations. No one goes to a charging station to meet up and socialize.
If it’s a bike rental place, that would be where you go to pay for something to enable exercise - like a store that sells running shoes or tennis racquets. You don’t go to the store to do the exercise. Or to socialize. You make your transaction, then get out to somewhere else to actually exercise.
(*) - Years ago (2018?) when they were common in California but novel in the South - it was the right call long-term, because now they’re common all over the U.S.
