Appeal not approved! Private property but not really!

So i submitted an nomination for a swingset that is put up by city and yes its close to the garage of a house but its a field behind the house with a soccerfield as well. So its public area.
So should this not be accepted?

So this whole field here is public space.

Hello and welcomek

Do you mind posting screenshots of your entire nomination, including the photos, title/description, supporting info, and location? This will better help in take a look at this.

Looking at this on Google Maps and Street View, at 58.99413547205898, 5.724944831696891, it’s hard to tell that this isn’t on SFPRP, or single family private residential property. It’s right next to what appears to be a garage, and there is a hedge in front of it that may also be a part of that SFPRP.

I’m not in Norway, but maybe someone that is more experienced with the area will be able to provide more info.

Wow this is hard. Is it possible to get residential map that show property boundry? It would help confirm that its not SFPRP

Based on the photos, it’s hard to determine it’s not private property. Would your city possibly work with you to put a small sign up to show it’s a community park? This would help a lot.

I’m not from Norway, but as where I’m from (Sweden) they also have a public map with property information.

Based on the address and placement I would assume this is the marked property and with the information that it doesn’t have an own address.
Since it doesn’t have an address, it’s landmark that is public.

Surrounding field can be found here, and with the same information it’s not an own adress

The neareast SFPRP is this one, and according to the information it has an own address.

And with this additional information, the rejected appeal should have enough information to showcase it is a valid nomination…

See my post above, @Yellowbird86 - good to know for you that you can prove other nominations if needed as well with this public map from the Norweigan mapping authority.
