Appeal rejections ressons ahould be the standard ones

Ive complained about this before, but can the appeals team, especially with the changeover coming, please use the real rejection reasons rather than random reasons.

I know this one is probably not a slam dunk, as its just a community board in a block of flats, but saying its rejected because its inside a residential buildign thats not unique is not a rejection because

  1. Flats are not single residential areas, theyre not a rejection reason

  2. Theres only gonna be one other notice board like this, the flat next to this one, which has its flat number so technically its unique between the 2 and will be unique in general

Now like i said, people can maybe argue the acceptability of this, i think it shuold pass and would vote for it as its a commjnity notice board, even if its just for the flat, that tells about classes and amenities and the like in the area
