Appeal team recommends to resubmit wayspot. Is that allowed?

I’m not sure where I saw the information that after an appeal decision has been made that it is final, but after getting this response back I began to second guess myself

The information that you saw that the appeal decision is final only applies to this specific appeal of this specific submission. I nominated a restaurant that had decades worth of “favorite” awards five times, and appealed two of those rejections before it was accepted.

I don’t think I would submit or accept this nomination unless there is something I am not seeing. You drop off your dog for care there, right? You need to explain how that meets one of these acceptance criteria Niantic Wayfarer

Must meet at least one of the three eligibility criteria

• A great place for exercise
• A great place to be social with others

If you are submitting the logo as art, you would need to beef up the focus on that. Can you find out the artist? Does the dog represent something special to the community? You can find more about the eligibility of business art here:
