Why don’t you tell us why you think a pet store meets one of the three eligibility criteria?
Remember, the criteria are the place to be a great place to exercise, a great place to explore, or a great place to socialize. If you can tell us more about why you think it does meet one of those criteria we can perhaps help you better argument. However, I do agree that it does not seem that would meet any of the criteria.

Welcome to the forum 
It looks like you’re trying to appeal a rejected nomination.
You can do this on your contribution page. Open the nomination in question and you will see the button at the top.
You get one appeal every 20 day. If you can’t see the button you have to wait or resubmit.
Maybe an Ambassadors could move this to Nomination Support ?
My first thoughts on your nomination are, that you shouldn’t mention game specific terms in your description. That’s a rejection reason.
Secondly your support photo didn’t show the shop from your main photo in a wider angle. A common mistake is, that the nominator turns around from the POI.
Third thought is that your nomination seems to be rejected by the ML (machine learning). So you should center the shop in your main photo as clear as possible.

I would absolutely follow @AliceWonder1511 's suggestion, assuming this is painted on the wall and still there, this sounds like a way more eligible/easier to nominate POI than the store itself.
