The spot is located in a high-visibility pedestrian zone with 24/7 safe access. It is not on private residential property nor near any sensitive locations like schools. It functions as a vital point of interest that promotes local exploration and serves as a safe meeting point for various community groups. The area is well-lit and perfectly maintained, fulfilling all criteria for a permanent social anchor. Please put back our gym.
