Thank you to those for responding!! This has been resolved with the help of this forum!!
On Sunday July 12th I logged onto Pokémon Go when I got into work and can verify this theatre has the Pokéstop!!! Came into work and when I noticed the theatre’s Pokéstop already had a lure!! Can confirm this was a guest/customer lure drop so that made my heart swell. Just solidifies that this Pokéstop was meant to be!
It could have appeared sooner. I took July 11th off for PokéGofest so I knew I’d be able to check the next time I work/Sunday.
