Approved wayspot is not showing

Hi all,

2 days ago just got aproved a wayspot but is not showing on the map, these are the coordinates:

Parque Andador San Javier:
20°39’17.3"N 103°26’14.3"W

Theres another wayspot close to it in case that is useful:

Parque Andador San Pedro
20°39’15.3"N 103°26’14.5"W

I understand that a wayspot has radius about 20m, I meassured the distance between both and the are far enough so I think that an overlap will not be the issue (The distance is between is about 60m).

Does anybody knows what could be happening?

Both portal is in the same cell. So only one is eligible to become pokestop/gym. The other will probably become power spot. I have seen some my submission become power spot
