Are bus stop walls used as notice boards eligible nominations?

So recently I have asked about whether or not to nominate maps at city bus stops. But now I have a question about intercity bus stops where the wall/side of it is used for posting announcements and news, so basically it is used as a notice board. Notice boards generally get accepted and are good nominations, I have attached a few examples (all of them on postcards). Now, my question is about a notice board I nominated already more than a year ago that got rejected, as the wall of an intercity bus stop was used as the notice board (I have attached a photo of that also). Would you suggest appealing it or not?

Notice the examples you posted all look like designated places for posting information. Your main photo looks like adverts taped on a wall where ever they could find space. In addition, the focus is on what looks like a graffiti tag dead center. I would not suggest appealing this one, but the supporting photo might help determine if there is any point in a new attempt.

Sometimes it has 5+ posters, sometimes 0

But it is a DESIGNATED spot for posters

I actually have tried to nominate this 3 separatw times, I should add.

There’s a difference between a space that is a designated spot for posters and a space that is a designated spot for notices.

When a spot is just used for advertisements (posters), this doesn’t meet the social criteria. When it includes notices from non-commercial organisations, local groups, charities etc, this is what meets the social criteria.
