Have to agree with all of the hospital ones being ineligible, as they may obstruct emergency services. The directional signs are also typically ineligible.
As for the first one, that just seems like some indistinct landscaping, not an actual garden, so I don’t see it as being eligible. Gardens that are typically eligible are botanical gardens, arboretums, community planting gardens and the like. These can be great places to explore and possibly be social at, whereas normal landscaping is just to make an area look nicer and is pretty common in many places.
I would recommend looking over the Wayspot Criteria again to know what may or may not be eligible, as well as the Criteria Clarification Collection for more examples. If you haven’t read the Rejection Criteria yet, make sure to do so as well.
