And does any know why a “generic” Tesco can get accepted but the “generic” Gala store at opposite end of village gets rejected twice?
And Why on earth are people not accepting submissions that, clearly, are in a safe public place but trainers just don’t have much to submit? shoal we not be helping each other a little more to make this game accessible to all so we can all enjoy this game??? I have been playing since near the beginning but holy moly, i still keep getting most stuff rejected on me… Anyway… if someone could tell me how to edit my autocorrects spelling mistakes, and link pages to my submissions, that would be a big help. Thanks.

A few things, but first. If you’re asking about linking web pages, it is currently “broken” and you are unable to add “.com” links into your nomination. See https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/t/unable-to-add-a-link-to-the-eligibility-criteria-in-supporting-info/20512

From there, you can go to your “contributions” and edit anything currently “in queue.” You should have at least 24 hours after making a submission to edit the text as needed. I suggest placing a nomination “on hold” if you need a few more days.
Neither of these immediately sound like they meet eligibility. To be considered as a Wayspot (and PokéStop), a candidate must be a great place to socialize, exercise, or explore. It’s possible the Tesco was incorrectly approved, and that causes confusion for future submitters in situations like yours.
We all seek to enjoy the game, and the best way to do so is encouraging eligible Wayspots to promote local culture and discovery.

To edit your nominations, log in to Wayfarer (https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/) and you’ll be able to Edit any of your Wayspot nominations which are on Hold. As mentioned, adding URLs to your supporting information is not currently working.

I wouldn’t say either meet criteria. Sometimes bad things (often called coal) slip through but that doesn’t mean you should submit equally coal-type things.

We should be approving things that meet criteria and not just focusing on one game. All Wayspots can go in to Ingress, Pokémon GO and future titles if they meet the inclusion rules for that game.

Just want to note, @Gendgi beat me to reply as I had a Tesco shop arrive so it was funny after reading about a Tesco here.
Super. Thank-you. Tesco’s actually have community rooms that are free to use so that is largely getting involved in community life and Gala sponsor local kids football teams etc… anyway, i will try again now that i know how. Thanks a million.
yes actually, I am. although this nom was in a town outskirts… I am very rural myself and beyond the local Tree or Cow… there is not much… we have a wee memorial that was turned down so i may try it again, otherwise, we only have a kids school and a little stream that feeds into beginning of a major river…i tried that as the people beside it built up its wall and make sure its looked after but…it was a long unsuccessful shot! anyway… I live in Ballygroman Upper, Ovens, Cork. one stop and one gym is all we want… Our son has given up playing as i have to drive him to play and its annoying… but somehow, i am still a wee bit hooked…

I like this cyclists rest and the old pumps.
I think it’s on O’Connell’s but it’s hard to say for sure.
Is there anything that marks out this?
Agree on the cyclists rest, that looks like an easy acceptance for this remote area
The pumps are cool too, shame theyre next to each other so its probably not possible to have both
I suppose its too much to hope for a cafe inside the stone/patio place
If it was me I would submit the cyclists rest area on the left and the pump on the right at this exact location both of which are perfectly fine

I actually submitted O’Connells Stone before but it got turned down as they said it was a “generic” business of a Cafe…that and (an admittedly) bad photo as their gates were closed… but no, never had a cafe in it…

Definitely try again, because it is pretty much the only thing youve got, so it can be accepted regardless of how generic the cafe might be as it would be “the” place to socialise in your area

Just wanted to toss in a huge thanks to you for approaching everything with an open mind and taking feedback. Not everyone does that. Some just want to rant, which is OK, too, but I’m glad you got some help.
I’m not sure how far you are looking to travel @PokemonMomBoo but there is tennis courts, football and soccer pitches, maybe a mini golf course at Lakewood and other sport amenities dotted around.
Ovens bar/Bridge restaurant too maybe if you ever get time away from pesky children.
Yes, I love trying to put stops around the places that have none, probably players around that can’t or don’t know how. I thought Lakewood had one but i will look at that area again. there is a driving range near Killumney too, that i keep meaning to do… Thanks for all the time and help.
