It’s possible that you weren’t contacting the correct team for the ban, as only Wayfarer staff handle Wayfarer related bans and PoGo staff only handle PoGo only related bans. Even if this is a PoGo related ban, staff will be able to provide you with some info.

From what you have written so far appealing the suspension is the correct step to take. If there is no email giving an example of a wayspot that would trigger the suspension then it is more likely to be triggered by game play.
Please simply wait and see if the team clarifies.
You may have contacted the wrong team, hence why the emails are important. They contain a link to appeal your ban to the correct team. If you appeal to another team that didn’t issue the ban, they may not reply back.

I look into your nomination, it doesnt match satelite image. Yoga place seems located at corner but satelite doesnt show this. If your nomination is being flagged as fake, u nd to proof this

If you have the ability to add pictures and a 360 photo to Google with the correct address the approvers might have an easier time rectifying the issue. Good luck.
